SHIPPING PROCEDURES

ScareProducts.com provides the following shipping options:

Scare Products Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default Checkout setting. Scare Products charges 15% of your total order for shipping, handling and packaging. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Processing your order for delivery may take longer than normal due to custom art pieces and quantity demands. There is no weekend or holiday delivery for standard shipping. Business days do not include weekends.

Scare Products LTL Shipping: LTL shipping defaults automatically when your order contains a product that is too large or heavy for standard shipping. If your order is eligible for LTL shipping you will not be charged at Checkout for shipping and a Scare Products representative will reach out to you with further shipping information.

Shipping charges for LTL shipments are calculated on a “per item” basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs.

 

Some items may not be eligible for LTL shipment due to size, weight, delivery address or vendor constraints.

Scary Fast Shipping

Some orders are subject to Scary Fast Shipping*.

*Scary Fast Shipping includes products that are in-stock and are available for immediate delivery during normal business hours. To find out if your order is available for Scary Fast Shipping please contact us at support@scareproducts.com.

International Shipping

ScareProducts.com provides the following International Shipping options:

International Standard Shipping: To save you money on shipping, Scare Products does not currently offer Standard Shipping on international orders. Please refer to “International: We’ll Call You!” for more information regarding international shipping.

International – We’ll CallYou! When your order is beingshipped internationally, shipping charges will not be collected at Checkout and a Scare Products representative will reach out to you with further shipping information.

Outlying US States. (Hawaii, Alaska, etc)

ScareProducts.com provides the following Shipping options:

How are shipping charges calculated?

You may see additional shipping charges or an increased shipping rate for the following scenarios:

1. You upgraded from Standard Scare Products Shipping to LTL Shipping.

2. If an item requires a handling fee based on the item’s size and/or weight. This is noted on the item’s product information page and during checkout.

3. Select items may be subject to having a minimum purchase threshold.

You’ll see your estimated shipping, handling, and taxes listed at checkout before you place your order. During checkout, payments, including those made with a Scare Products™ GiftCard or Scare Products™ eGiftCard, may not reflect shipping/tax amounts in the order summary field until the Place My Order screen.

Does ScareProducts.com have shipping restrictions?

The following shipping and delivery guidelines apply to ScareProducts.com orders

ScareProducts.com can ship to almost any country.

Please visit the Checkout page to indicate if Scare Products shipping is eligible for your country. For additional questions regarding shipping to your country please contact support@scareproducts.com.

Weather Restrictions

Due to weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events your package(s) anticipated arrival may be interrupted or delayed at any time, anywhere and with little warning. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive within its estimated time frame. If you are needing a product by a specific date please contact us at support@scareprdoucts.com or 1.800.761.5636 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if my order was undeliverable?

A postal carrier may deem a package undeliverable for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Incorrect or out-of-date address
  2. Incorrect P.O. Box format
  3. Weight and dimensional limits (some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes)
  4. Illegible label
  5. Other address problems
  6. Failed delivery attempts
  7. Refused by recipient
  8. Damaged in transitIf a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will notify you of the return by email.
What does 'signature required' mean?

If your item requires a ‘Signature Required’ for delivery, it will be noted on the postal service providers website after your Tracking information has been given. Someone 18 years of age or older may be required to sign for the package.
