Scare Products FAQ'S
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Scare Products™ account (if created). You also have the availability to adjust your shipping and billing address information under your account settings.
You can create an account by simply clicking the Login link at the top of the page or by creating an account upon Checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully created your Scare Products™ Account. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number after your order has left our facility. Please contact us at email@example.com for additional questions regarding order tracking.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at 1.800.761.5636 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 business hours of placing your order.
All orders are handled differently due to product weight and size. If you have questions regarding shipping please contact us at email@example.com.

This includes: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
New payment methods are in development and will be released soon.
Scare Products™ orders are on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired Scare Products™ product(s), it is required that your payment is captured immediately upon checkout completion.
