Return / Exchange Procedures

FULL REFUND:

Full Refunds must be submitted no later than 7 business days after receiving your order. To begin your Scare Products return please click here.

To be eligible for a Full Refund items must remain in original, unopened packaging, and in excellent condition. Any returned items with stains, perfume/detergent scent, smoke damage,ripping, or damaged/broken will be refused,returned to you and will be subject to a shipping charge.

Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

PARTIAL REFUND:

Partial Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee after the 7th business day from receiving your order. To begin your Scare Products return please click here.

To be eligible for a Partial Refund items must remain in original, unopened packaging, and in excellent condition. Any returned items with stains, perfume/detergent scent, smoke damage, ripping, or damaged/broken will be refused, returned to you and will be subject to a shipping charge.

Custom Product Orders

All custom products orders are final and are not eligible for a refund/exchange. If your order appears damaged upon delivery please DO NOT sign for your order and contact us at support@scareproducts.com.

Blackout Return Dates

Orders delivered during September 1 – October 31 will be made final and not eligible for a refund.

Sale/Discounted Items

All Items marked at a discounted sale price or clearance item(s) are a final sale item and are not able for return.

How will I be refunded for my return?

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

Damaged Orders

At Scare Products we take damaged orders serious. If you notice that your order was damaged upon delivery, please DO NOT sign for your order and contact us immediately.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final and are not eligible for a refund/exchange. If you are unsatisfied with your digital download please contact us at support@scareproducts.com.

Will I get a refund if I return an item that I purchased with a coupon?

If you used a promotional or coupon code to complete your Scare Products purchase and decide to return that item, you’ll receive a refund for the price of the item, minus the promotional/coupon value.
